Among 55 respondents, we heard that wait time, inconsistent answers, miscommunications between reps or departments, and insurance, billing, or distributor issues were the biggest frustrations. After that were language barriers, representatives' understanding of diabetes, or being asked to repeat steps or answer repetitive questions.
