Compatible Insulins

The Bigfoot Unity White and Black Pen Caps work with commercially available disposable insulin pens from major insulin manufacturers. The Caps are reusable and replace the caps that come with the insulin pens. Specific Caps, configured by Bigfoot, are required to match the kind of insulin pen you use.

Notification Settings When Using iOS 15+

iOS 15 introduces minor changes for setting up and using Notifications. It is important for you to always allow Bigfoot Unity Notifications to send you alerts.

Scheduled Summary of Notifications

If you include Bigfoot Unity in the "Scheduled Summary of Notifications," your Long-Acting Dose Alert will not be delivered until the Notification Summary time you have scheduled.

Focus

If you do not allow Bigfoot Unity Notifications when using a "Focus" mode, the Notification for the Long-Acting Dose Alert will be delivered silently and you may not be aware that you have Received the reminder.
